What to Expect in a Session

Listen to this man's comparison between traditional talk therapy and/or counseling and Marlana's work.  (to make the player stop just use the controls on the button below)

Want to hear a Sample session? This is an hour session divided into 3 parts and set up as a play list, so all you have to do is listen. The parts will automatically skip the next part without you doing anything, but there will be a slight pause and a little skip between parts.

You don't need any special software and it plays instantly without any download time. You can even surf other pages while you listen.

So you have decided to give it a try. Great!

Now... let's get on to the fun stuff...

Once you have set an appointment, here are some ideas on how to prepare for your first session.

Create a Safe Space: Be sure to make your appointment at a time and place where you will be alone, quiet and free from distraction, for an hour or so. This will give you time to get things settled and have your appointment and then relax a bit afterward.

Be ready to use your imagination! Sometimes we find that past lives play an important role in our current life issues. Not all sessions can encompass everything in my toolbox, nevertheless, it's a good idea to be ready to work with me as we do Past Life Integrations to help clear those blocked energies.

Create a list of fears, blocks and negative patterns you want to work on: Just brainstorming is fine. Don't try to word things just right, we will get down to the bottom of issues when we talk. Just have some ideas of which direction to go. In other words, make a list of what isn't working in your life. (gentle smile)

Please Read This Disclaimer Prior to Your Session:

This work is very powerful.  However, I do not want to give anyone FALSE hope.  Each of us have our own unique body, a unique mind, a unique soul and the combination of all of who we are is unique.  Therefore I cannot and will not promise you that you will have a complete and instant healing, or that one session is all you will need to make the changes you desire. There are  simply too many variables involved.

I will tell you this.  I truly believe this is real.  I have seen the results in myself, my close friends and family and my clients.  The results appear to be genuine and lasting.  If an issue appears to be clear it stays that way.  This is not to say that if your injured back suddenly becomes painless due to this work and then you spend a weekend moving ... it seems logical to me that you may injure your back again.

Another reason issues that appear to be cleared may seem to come back again is that we did not get all the way to the root and clear a belief that is necessary to clear in order for that issue to be completely cleared.  This is usually a combination of me not getting to the bottom of it and the client not being ready to get to the bottom of it and therefore hides the roots of an issue at an unconscious level.  I am pretty good at finding them even if the client is trying to hide them (unconsciously of course).  However sometimes I choose to allow the client to become more aware of the roots... it is the way I choose to work because it is a more gentle approach.  I believe a client will let the roots show when they feel safe with me and with themselves.

It is also common for issues to be layered.  The top layers must be cleared before the deeper ones appear.  The "bubbling" up of those deeper layers can often look as though we are not clearing the original issue.  I find that it is fairly easy to see that we are making progress if the client stays open to seeing the progress being made even though the original issue may still be occurring.  Healing simply takes time... sometimes.  This is not to say that it MUST take time.  Many issues can and are cleared instantly and permanently.  Some take longer.  As I said earlier; We are all unique, so we are going to respond in our own unique ways to any work we are doing with our bodies and minds... Theta Healing is no different in that respect.

Now, with this said:  Relax and stay open to healing yourself.
