Setting an appointment is easy. You can

• Call 503-747-5076. If you need to leave a message it's private. Leave your
  • Your name (please spell it)
  • Phone number with Area Code
  • Time zone you are calling from
  • Best times and days for a session.
• Usually you can get one scheduled within a week.
• Email: Marlana@MarlanaLyte.com and include all the same information as you would in a phone message. I'm pretty good at getting back to people the same day or the next.
