Switches
are amazing. I am in the early stages of learning about
our energetic switches. I use Switches as a powerful metaphor
to better understand certain issues that seem to get stuck
or become unbalanced. I expect to add more Switches to this
page as I find them.

Taking is not the same as receiving. Taking is an aggressive energy, while receiving is an opening, trusting energy. Those who take more than they give also have difficulty receiving with their heart. When giving and taking are out of balance, BOTH states push others away leaving us feeling lonely and empty.
